No words needed. Just squat.

Front squat
– 5 x 2
– One set every 3 minutes, leave one rep in the tank.

Brothers in arms

5 x 2 min work / 1 min rest
– Row 25/20 cal + amrap of dumbbell hang cleans 45/35lbs.

Full squats on the DB cleans.
