Max unbroken tests

1) HSPU

2) Pull-ups

After you have established your max unbroken sets it will be followed with a EMOM8 of HSPU's and pull-ups. For the EMOM8 you can split your max unbroken set by half for the rep target.

Choose a scaling option that is challenging from the scaling options given to you. No three abmats under the head in the HSPU kinda HSPU's in this one and no rubber bands.
