Cleans
5 x 1 power clean, 1 below the knee power clean +
1 squat clean
Back Squats
1 x 10 reps @2,5-5 kg lisää viime kertaan
3 x 5 reps @keep the same weight- should feel easyish after the ten rep set
Sets every 3 minutes.
