Every minute, on the minute: Clean & Jerk

Shoulder to overheads and box over burpees

5 rounds:

  • 1 min: 5 shoulder to overheads (first rep from the ground) and rest of the minute: box over burpees
  • 1 min rest

60% 1RM clean & jerk, max 60/42.5kg. Try to do push jerk if possible – press and split jerk are ok too.
