Progressions
- push-up with bands/boxes

- pseudo planche push-up (hollow, shoulder blades open) this is the full ROM:
- Bar/ring dips
- Handstand-push up
Use 5×10 reps table:
- 3 x 2
- 5 x 2
- 3 x 4
- 4 x 4
- 4 x 6
- 5 x 6
- 4 x 8
- 4 x 10
- 5 x 10

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
- 30 second Handstand hold
- 30 second Squat hold
- 30 second L-sit hold
- 30 second Chin over bar hold
