- maximum of two 5 rep sets
3×3 @ 5 RM Front squat
Do 3 x 3 @ 5RM front squat
rest three minutes between sets
Back squats and running
For time:
- 30 back squat @ 60/40kg
- run 400m
- 20 back squat
- run 400m
- 10 back squat
- run 400m
