– same weight in all sets
– rest 3-4 min between sets
Swings, walking lunges and ab-work
For 7 minutes
- 10 + 10 single arm kb swing
- 20 steps bw walking lunge
And then with partner:
- accumulate 2min L-sit and 2min heavy weighted plank
