- keep the weights easily manageable
Kipping practice
- pull-ups, butterfly pull-ups, chest to bar, bar muscle-up
Evil wheels and knees to elbows
4-5 rounds in 10 minutes
- 3-5 evil wheels + max reps knees to elbows
