OTM cleans:
Minutes 1-3, 4 power clean
4 rest
5-7, power clean + front squat (1+3)
8 rest
9-…, 4 cleans for as long as possible
- use as heavy weight as possible and same weight in all sets
Wall climbs, box jumps, toes to bars and lunges
For time:
- 3 wall climb
- 20 box jump
- 20 t2b
- 80m walking lunge with sandbag/weight
- 20 t2b
- 20 box jump
- 3 wall climb
