Snatch evey 90 seconds:

Minutes 1-4, power snatch + ohs (3+1)
5 rest and add weight
6-9, power snatch + ohs (2+2)
10 rest and add weight

Snatch 1 RM

find 1RM snatch in 10min

Max TnG power snatches in 60 seconds

Then rest 2min and after that:

max reps touch and go power snatches in 60sec

  • use 60% of your 1RM, but no more than 60/40kg
  • letting go of the bar terminates the set
