Front Squat 5×3

  • rest 3min between sets
  • start with moderate weight
  • same weight on all sets
  • don't go crazy this week, we will do this again

And after this

Back squat 1×20

One set of 20 rep back squats.
If you did the first 20RM session last week, you can take a bit off from that.

We will do this again.
