Front squat 2-3 x 2

Do a couple of heavy sets. This is not a PR hunt, this is to keep your body from not forgetting what squatting heavy is.

3 rounds of:
– 30 sec on 30 sec off
– shoulder taps in plank
– plank
– tuck ups
(all together 9 minutes)
