I wanna be like Hulk

16 minutes on the minute
– 3-4 weighted dips
– 6-8 double dumbbells rows
– 8-12 banded face pulls (Red rubbers only people!)
– Rest

Now i am become running and wallballs, the destroyer of lungs

3-4 rounds of:
– 400 meter run + max reps unbroken set of wallballs.
– Rest 2min between efforts.

Target for wallball reps is around 30 wallballs. Scale your wallball weight accordingly!
