Today we will start jerking

jerk 6 x 4

Choose from one: split, power or push jerk. Then keep doing it on the weeks to come.

I like to party and by party i mean to

do an 8min amrap of
– 5 t2b's
– 10 devils presses

The devils presses don't have to be mega heavy, just heavy enough that they're evil 👿
