Gymnastics practice

5 x Every 2 minutes
3-10 muscle ups / pull ups
(jumping mu’s from box/
Bands are ok for mu’s too)

Gymnastics conditioning

3 rounds for time /
1 min rest between rounds
10 V ups
10 box jumps
10 Hollow rocks
30 DU’s
