– 6 x 4

Heaven is a max effort with a rower / assault bike / bike erg

Rowing / assault bike / bike erg

2-3 rounds of:
3 x 20 seconds ALL OUT efforts

Rest 20 seconds between efforts and 3-4 between rounds.
