Because of the midsummer our first deload starts on a bit different schedule than it would normally.

1. 10 pass throughs + 10 good mornings
2. 10+10 lunge rotation
3. 5 inch worms
4. 10 slow crab extensions
5. 10+10 windmills
6. 5 jeffersons curl
7. 10+10 cossack squat
8. 10 kneeling squats

10. 10 downward dog into kobra
