No emoms, just good old plain practicing.

Deload – Aerobic conditioning + accessories

24 min easy row / bike / s ki

and every 4 minutes do a set from below switching between A & B

(0,4,8,12,16,20)
A) 10 käsipainopystypunnerrus + 10 renegade row
B) 10+10 KB side bends + 10+10 KB deadbugs
