1 Power snatch
1 Ohs

After this a 3 min rest before we move to to part B

Weightlifting – Part B

Every 2 minutes x 5
2 power snatches @75-80%

Weightlifting – Part C

Every 2 minutes x 4
2 snatch pulls @105%

superset with 10 back flies (use plates or dumbbells)
