In teams of three
– 10 Kb single arm alternating snatch
– 10 Kb goblet squat
– 10 Kb single arm alternating hang clean & push jerk
– 20 Air squat
Partner #1 starts the amrap, while partner #2 goes for a 400m run. Partner #3 rests while #1 & #2 work. When the runner returns the person from the amrap goes for the run, the person that was resting starts the amrap and the one returning from the run will rest.
