Deload – Front & Back squats

Every 3 min x 4
2 front squats + 3 back squats

Use around 60% of your max back squat or with a lighter weight if you fee like it.

Deload – Partner amrap

AMRAP20 in pairs
– 20 cal Row
– 20 Wall Ball 20/14lbs
– 20 KB swing 24/16kg

*Every 2 minutes – 3 burpees
(2,4,6,8,10,12,14,16,18)
