Front squat – Part B

After part A:
6 x every 2,5 minutes
2 front squats @80%

Accessories & Strongman conditioning

AMRAP10 with a partner, YGIG:
– 20 m KB front rack lunge (10m both)
– 20 KB box step ups (10 both, kb's in the front rack)
– 40 m KB farmers carry (20m both)
