Accessory & Strongman conditioning

AMRAP10 with a partner, YGIG:
– 20 m DB front rack lunge (10m each)
– 10 Burpee deadlift (5 each)
– 20 DB box step overs (10 each, db's hanging)
– 10 Burpee deadlift (5 each)

RX 2 x 22,5/15kg DB
Scaled 2 x 15/10kg DB
