Deadlift progression

1 x 20 unbroken touch and go deadlift set use +5-10kg to last time, stronger mixed grip

Then 2 x 10 with same weight, weaker mixed grip.

ROW progression

4 x 3 min on / 3 min off

2-3 sec faster than in the 2k row test
