Rope Climb Technique for 10 minutes.

Conditioning

1) 1-3 Rope Climb (Voi olla jalat maassa kiipeämistä, jalkalukkojen harjoittelua, normikiipeilyä tai jopa legless)
3) 10-20 Abmat sit ups
2) 10-15 Cal Row
4) Rest

Pump Work

8 x 20 sec on 20 sec off

Alternating between:
– Bicep Curls
– Banded Tricep push downs
