EMOM 6 x 1 Snatch from floor @75%+

Conditioning

4 x 3 min on / 1 min off (15min, abab)

A)
25/20 Cal row
15 Wall Balls
-> Target burpees in the remaining time

B)
25/20 Cal Bike / Ski
15 KB Swings
-> Shuttle run in the remaining time
