Pull-ups and push-ups

14 minutes, on the minute:

  • odd: 6 chin/pull-ups
  • even: 6-8 dips or diamond push ups

Partner workout: clusters, farmers walk and wallballs

Partner wod: one works while the other one rests

5 min AMRAP:

  • of full clean thrusters 60/40kg

rest 2min

800m farmers walk with two heavy KBs or DBs

rest 2min

5 min AMRAP:

  • of wall balls

score is the combined amount of clusters and wall balls
