Pause front squat 4×2
In 15 minutes:
- Pause front squat 4 x 2 @ max5
DB side bends, back extensions and V-ups
Three rounds for quality:
- 30 dumbell side bends (heavy)
- 20 lying back extensions
- V-ups to failure
