Conditioning

16-20min on the minute

  • odd: 8 double kettlebell clean @ 24/16kg
  • even: 6 s2o @ 70/50kg (bar starts from ground)

rest 5min

Start a running clock for 15min. After every three minutes do 10 pull ups and change stations.
