Hspu + dumbbell row

4-5 super sets of:

  • max reps hspu (start with strict and continue with kipping hspu)
  • 8-12 heavy dumbbell row (two dumbbells)
  • rest as needed between super sets

Bear complex and wallballs

20min otm:

  • odd: bear complex (work up to ahap)
  • 10-14 wall ball

Bear complex is: power clean + front squat + push press + back squat + btn push press. No thrusters allowed this time.
