4-5 super sets of:
- max reps hspu (start with strict and continue with kipping hspu)
- 8-12 heavy dumbbell row (two dumbbells)
- rest as needed between super sets
- odd: bear complex (work up to ahap)
- 10-14 wall ball
Bear complex is: power clean + front squat + push press + back squat + btn push press. No thrusters allowed this time.
