In 15 minutes:
Find back squat 8RM – you only have one try, failing is not allowed and then:
3 x 6 @ 8RM -10% – rest exactly three minutes between sets
Wall climbs, toes to bars and KB cleans
8min amrap of:
- 3 wall climb
- 8 strict t2b
- 10 clean with two kb's (heavy)
