On the minute cleans

OTM cleans:

Minutes 1-3, 4 power clean
4 rest
5-7, power clean + front squat (1+3)
8 rest
9-…, 4 cleans for as long as possible

  • use as heavy weight as possible and same weight in all sets

Wall climbs, box jumps, toes to bars and lunges

For time:

  • 3 wall climb
  • 20 box jump
  • 20 t2b
  • 80m walking lunge with sandbag/weight
  • 20 t2b
  • 20 box jump
  • 3 wall climb
