4 rounds:

  • 4-6 hang power clean
  • rest 2min
  • 4-6 db bench press/ ring push up/ push up, tempo 3101
  • rest 2min

Same weight in all sets

Death by Clean&Jerk

Death by Clean&Jerk (60/40kg)
Put the clock running, on first minute do 1 c&j, rest remaining time, second minute 2 c&j, third minute 3 and so on, continuing as far as you can finish all c&j within the minute.
