Row 500 meters for time. Yes, you heard it right, 500 meters for time!

For an accurate 500m time set your rower like this:

Select workout -> New workout -> Single distance -> 500m and the timer will stop when you hit the 500m mark.

When you're ready just pull that rower like it owes you money!
