Weightlifting – Clean & Jerk technique

EMOM5
1 muscle clean + 1 push press + 2 behind the neck split jerk

EMOM5
1 power clean + 1 split jerk (+3 sec paussi vastaanotossa)

EMOM5
1 squat clean + 1 split jerk

Result is for the last EMOm.

Back Squats

4 x 10 @50%

Do the sets with approx 2 minutes apart.
