In 10 minutes build up to heavy set of:
1 snatch pull
1 snatch
1 snatch balance

4 x Every 2 min
The same complex, but with around 10-20% lighter load

Back Squat

1 x 10 reps
3 x 5 reps @ same weight as the 10 rep series.

Sets every 3 minutes
