Clean and jerk with two kettlebells

Muscle-ups and bear complex

For time 5-4-3-2-1 reps of:

  • Muscle-up
  • Bear complex (135/95 lbs)

Bear complex = Power clean + front squat + push press + back squat + push press behind the neck. Thrusters are allowed, squat cleans / squat clean thrusters not. Re-griping between sets also allowed.
