6×2 max height box jump

In 10 minutes:

  • Box jump 6 x 2 max height

Back squat + box jumps

In 18 minutes:

6 x every 180sec

  • 2 x back squat (n.80%) + immediately after squats 3 box jumps

Mid section buffet

Mid section buffet – choose two of the following:

  • 3 x 10 strict t2b
  • 30 ghd sit-ups
  • 5 x 15sec max weighted plank
  • 3 x 20 russian twist
  • 5 x max L-sit (30sec rest in between)
