In 20 minutes:
- touch and go clean and jerk triples
Add weight and find a heavy set of three. After the heavy set, take some weight of the bar and do a few good sets of five. Concentrate on efficient technique.
- 10 power clean
- 10 shoulder to overhead
- 10 back squat
- 10 front squat
- 10 deadlift
Start light and try to find the heaviest weight you can complete the complex unbroken. Rest as needed between complexes. Do three to four complexes.
