In 10 minutes:

  • find your dumbbell snatch 5RM (5+5)

Rope climbs and DUs

rest 3min

10 one minute rounds of:

  • 1-2 rope climbs, rest of the time du´s.
  • rest 30 seconds between rounds

your score is the amount of du´s. Do legless rope climbs if possible.

C2Bs and V-ups

rest 3 minutes

10 one minute rounds of:

  • 5-10 c2b + every other minute alternating v-ups and lying back extensions.
  • Rest 30 seconds between rounds.

your score is the amount of V-ups or sit ups
