Back squat extragavanza

Part A: Find today's heavy back squat in 10minutes.

Part B: 6 x 2 @80% of today's heavy backsquat. One set every two minutes.

The first result spot is for the 1 rep set and the rest are for the 2 rep sets. Use spotters and belts!
