Rest day: Recovery work and mobility
The 1's can be heavy but absolutely no fails!
Use the jerk variant that suits you best
– clean and jerk 60/40kg
– row for cal
Back squat 3-1-3-1-3-1
The three's are to be done with the same as we did the 4's last week. On the one's you can build up to a heavy one but this is not a max out day so you have to leave room for more! We are herkistelemässä here!
3 x all out efforts
– 15 double kb front rack squats
– 15 target burpees
Rest as needed between rounds.
Your target for has to be so high that you really need to jump. If you can talk immediately after a round, you are going too slow and need to go more TÄYSII!

– 500m row
– 30 alternating db push presses (pick weight)
– remaining time challenging farmers walk
